Self-Care Videos: Gentle Yoga, Mindful Movement, and Indoor Walking

Continuing with the popular series of Video Playlists, here are a variety of gentle movement routines to help you relieve stress and take care of your body.
These videos are all suitable to most levels of fitness, but please use your common sense. Don’t do anything that causes pain, and follow guidelines from your healthcare provider if you have a medical condition that impacts your movement.

Gentle Yoga
Videos are listed by length, from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. We all have different levels of flexibility, so listen to your own body. Even if the instructor claims a pose is ‘gentle’ or ‘easy,’ that might not be true for you or me!

Longer (16-30 minute) Routines
Mindful Movement
Videos are listed by length, from 2 minutes to 25 minutes. These are fairly gentle and suitable for most people, but always pay attention to signals from your own body about what types of movement are appropriate for you.
Indoor Walking
Videos are listed by length, from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. Some of these are faster paced than others, so you may want to speed up or slow down, depending on your fitness level.
Up to the Beat Fitness
